Requested Records 1. Total Compensation Report (Annualized) For all staff/elected officials, including: Annualized salary Employer retirement contributions Employer taxes (Social Security & Medicare) Employer-paid benefits (health, dental, vision, life, etc.) Total annual employer cost per employee 2. Payroll Register (Year-to-Date for FY26) Including: Regular wages Overtime Comp time PTO payouts Employer taxes Employee taxes Any other earnings or deductions processed 3. Benefits Cost Report (Year-to-Date for FY26) Including: Employer-paid health insurance Employer-paid life insurance Employer HSA/HRA contributions (if applicable) Employee vs. employer cost split 4. Retirement Plan Report (Year-to-Date for FY26) Including: Employee PERSI contributions Employer PERSI contributions Contribution types and totals These reports are standard exports from Paylocity and will help residents see how payroll dollars are allocated across wages, benefits, and retirement. Please export in csv or Excel format. Fee Waiver Request Because these materials are being requested for the benefit of Bellevue residents and to improve public understanding of how taxpayer funds are spent, I respectfully request that all fees be waived pursuant to Idaho Code § 74-102(10)(f). The requested reports are routine system outputs and should require minimal staff time. Please let me know if any clarification is needed. Thank you for your assistance with this transparency effort.
